These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Volyvo, a platform operated by Aim One Click Digital Marketing ("Volyvo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you ("Client") agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Volyvo provides AI customer-support agents that answer a Client's customers using information the Client provides, capture leads and create booking requests across web chat, WhatsApp, email and phone, depending on the Client's plan.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.
3. Your responsibilities
- The information you give your agent (prices, hours, policies, services) must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You must have the right to contact your customers and must obtain any consent required by law, including opt-in consent for WhatsApp messages.
- When using WhatsApp, you must follow the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's Commerce Policy.
- You must not use Volyvo for spam, illegal content, deceptive practices or anything that violates applicable law.
4. AI limitations
The agent answers only from the information you provide and is designed to refuse unrelated questions. AI can still make mistakes. Booking requests created by the agent stay pending until you approve them. The agent does not provide legal, medical or financial advice, and you remain responsible for the services you deliver to your customers.
5. Plans, fees and payment
- Plans are billed monthly in advance, plus a one-time setup fee, as shown on our pricing section at the time of purchase.
- Plan limits (for example channels and conversations per month) apply as described for each plan.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- The Starter plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first monthly payment.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
6. Data
You own your business content and your customers' data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
7. Third-party services
Some features depend on third-party services such as Meta (WhatsApp), OpenAI and Stripe. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and changes to them may affect the service.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms, fail to pay, or put the platform or other users at risk. You may close your account at any time.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and notify Clients of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
